BUD Cargo City is like a big, never-resting heart: it beats day and night, with tens of thousands of cartons moving through it every day. Goods arrive by plane from all over the world – often at unpredictable times. One plane is delayed, another lands early. There is no predictable rhythm – only constant readiness.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, Ghibli Kft. has taken on the daily tasks of pallet dismantling, goods packing, loading, and goods handling. An average of 15,000 cartons are processed each day—this is not simply physical labor, but precision logistics.

Previously, demolition teams were assembled after flights arrived. This often caused delays, disorganization, and rushing. Staff shortages and time pressure meant constant stress throughout the system. That's when we stepped in – Mindenamimunka Kft.

We didn't just send people, we built a shift system. We established a four-shift, permanent presence, so our teams no longer arrive after the planes – they are there in advance, ready to go. Whether a flight arrives early or an unexpected cargo plane lands at dawn, we are there.

This new system:
